Jeffrey S. Trachtman Named A Member of the New York City Bar Association's Nominating Committee

Litigation partner Jeffrey S. Trachtman has been named a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Nominating Committee for 2015-2016. The committee (elected by the membership with additional appointments by the association’s Executive Committee) is responsible for proposing a slate of governing officers for the following year, including nominating the association’s new president. Other members of the newly constituted committee include Jane E, Booth (General Counsel of Columbia University); Hon. Vernon S. Broderick and Hon. Sidney H. Stein, both U.S. District Judges in the Southern District of New York; Lynn K. Neuner of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (former Chair of the association’s executive committee); Samuel W. Seymour of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (former President of the association); and Hon. Lillian Wan of New York City Family Court.
