Kramer Levin represented Riverview Operating Co., LLC, in connection with a 99-year ground lease of 267 W. 87th Street to a development group intending to redevelop the existing parking garage at the site into a luxury residential leasehold cooperative building with parking. Real Estate partners Jay A. Neveloff and Tzvi Rokeach worked on the deal for Riverview Operating Co., LLC.
